چکیده:
Social risk management is the process of explorating, assessing, doing controller actions and adjustment of the abrupt risks which it,s expectecl occurrence is detriment or stability in the status quo and also entrepreneurship is the process of utilizing opportunities, making or preparing carees, that is clue to an effort, accepting financial and social risks and also innovation that it,s aim (goal) is for puting up on financial profit or independence or may be due to on emergency condition. Researchers have sought to examine to what extend the independent variables such as (competition, avoidance, acceptance, etc) and background variables such as (gender, education, age, financial status). Has effectecl on the entrepreneurial spirit and also directors spirit entrepreneurship and this entrepreneurial spirit, to what extend has indicators (cuaracteristics) of social risk management such as (creativity, self- esteem, achievement, motivation, locus of control, foresight) and also what strategies may be used to hand and meet these risks.Population, including executive Mills Industrial Estate Buchanan (80 people) is among the 50 people selected by simple random sampling without replacement. The data collection tool was a questionnaire depending on the parameters of descriptive and inferential statistical data analysis (Spearman’s correlation coefficient and regression) with using of SPSS 18 software. Results: competitiveness (18/R2 =), risks (15/R2 =), risk avoidance (14/R2 =), education(08/R2 =) and were positively correlated with entrepreneurial spirit.
