Purpose of the present study is reviewing the relationship between the styles attachment and parenting with mental health problems in the female married staff in Ahvaz during academic year of 2014-2015. The statistical population includes all married female staff of education and training organization of Ahvaz, among which, 120 ones were selected as multistage sampling. The research method was correlation. The research instruments included Simpson Questionnaire on Attachment Styles (SQAS), Winter Battom Parenting Style Questionnaire (WBPSQ), General Health Questionnaire (GHQ). The general hypothesis working on, stated that there was such multiple relationship between the styles attachment and parenting ones with mental health problems related to the married female employees. As to data analysis, pearson correlation coefficient and multi-variable regression has been used. The results demonstrated that there was a significant negative relationship between secure attachment style and the healthy mental disorder. In addition, there was a positive significant relationship between the styles of attachment (ambivalent, avoidant) and parenting styles (mastery-learning, care- training) with mental health problems, and there was a significant positive relationship between parenting style of independence-training and mental health disorders as well. In addition, regression predicts positively and significantly the mental health problems on attachment styles (secure, ambivalent, avoidant) and parenting styles (independent learning, mastery learning, care-training).
