چکیده:
The main purpose of this study was evaluated of poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid)/chitosan/HNTs hybrid nanofibrous. Themorphology, chemical structure and mechanical properties of the hybrid Nanofibrous membrane were characterized byscanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and tensile testing. SEM image of thePLGA/Chitosan/HNTs nanofibrous revealed morphological similarities to the PLGA/Chitosan nanofibrous, existenceof halloysite increase nanofibrous diameter. Mechanical properties of PLGA/Chitosan/HNTs and PLGA/HNTs werecharacterized using tensile testing. The addition of a 7 % (wt) of HNTs improved the mechanical properties of thePLGA and PLGA/Chitosan. Preparation of electrospun hybrid nanofibrous of biocompatible polymers and nanocarrierare of great interest in the field of drug delivery and wound dressing application.
