In last two decades, the concept of urban planning has become a key goal in the development of programs and projects of global, regional, national and local movements. In this research, we will refer to urban planning as an effective measure for the protection and promotion of cultural characteristics of specific locations in developing countries. In the current situation with regard to the social and economic realities of the world, it appears that the urban development in developing countries is depending on five different preconditions. , considerable changes have occurred in developing metropolises. These changes have caused several positive points in Urbanism point of view. As we mentioned urbanism globalization need different preconditions and they are the base of globalization process, therefore negative factors and threats will reveal soon. . The process of urbanism globalization is influenced by social and cultural features, thus each country needs specific and unique plan and schema for its globalization development
